All non-custom work is returnable in unused condition up to 30 days from ship date for refund or exchange. Custom work is non returnable unless there was an error on our part. Customer pays for return shipping.
All bracelets are made to order. Please allow up to a week plus shipping time for delivery.
Shipping & Handling
We ship all around the world. Shipping is done through UPS or USPS, and fees are calculated at checkout.

If you are a current Claremont College student, enter code CLAREMONT at checkout. Contact us and we can deliver directly to you.
Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or account payments through PayPal. However, you do not need a PayPal account to order from us.
Creative Freedom
Because every item is made to order and is at the mercy of our whims at the time of manufacture, minor details may vary from piece to piece. This is indicative of the nature of our creative and production processes. If you would rather have an item EXACTLY as it is pictured, feel free to let us know.
